Harvest STEM & Workforce Development is dedicated to creating pathways to success through education, workforce training, agriculture, STEM learning, and leadership development. We believe every young person deserves access to opportunities that prepare them for college, careers, entrepreneurship, and lifelong achievement.

Our programs provide hands-on experiences that connect classroom learning with real-world skills. Through STEM education, agricultural learning, skilled trades training, mentorship, and career exploration, participants gain the knowledge and confidence needed to thrive in an ever-changing world.

We serve youth, young adults, families, schools, and communities by offering innovative programs that build academic skills, workforce readiness, leadership capacity, and economic opportunity. Through partnerships with educators, businesses, community organizations, and industry leaders, we help participants develop the skills needed for high-demand careers and meaningful community engagement.

Founded by Rhonda Russell-Henderson, M.Ed., an educational leader with more than 27 years of experience in teaching, administration, literacy, workforce development, and community engagement, Harvest STEM & Workforce Development was created to empower the next generation of leaders, innovators, and skilled professionals.
